It comes in monkey segments with different exercises to change things up and weekly updates to keep you on track or point you in the right direction. My understanding of what I should be eating is far greater now thanks to Stuart’s expertise and advice . He is always there to guide help and encourage you either through the app or in person in the gym, a great guy that stands by a great product that is easy to stick to and get results , as long as you put in the effort Stuart will provide all the tools you need

It's been easier than I thought and I never realised that you could eat so much and lose weight. Recording macros has totally changed my view on dieting. I've tried a few of the mainstream diet plans which I've never been that successful on. This eating plan has really worked for me and the 16 weeks have definitely turned my eating habits around. It is easy to count everything and I've enjoyed myself along the way too. Weekends away, nights out, alcohol - I never felt like I was missing out on anything but recording everything definitely keeps it on the front of your mind so you can be extra good on the days either side of a night out and still lose weight. I've never felt fitter or healthier so I would totally recommend this plan. It would also be good for a beginner to get into fitness as the exercise files that Stuart sends for each 4 week cycle are really easy to follow. His motivation and endless knowledge kept me going and definitely helped me on my 'ultra' challenge. 7.5kg lighter and I'm buzzing with energy. I would recommend the plan to anyone wanting to up their fitness and lose a few kgs. Stuart has the right amount of motivation, he is non judgmental, and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. He does all of this in a passionate encouraging way but he has a way of making you feel like you are not being judged or pressured. Thank you Stuart - it's been an amazing 16 weeks! Stu has been my PT for nearly two years and we have achieved a great transformation. From a weedy bag of bones to a toned body, not quite the beach body of my dreams yet but certainly a lot closer. He is reliable, flexible and always accommodating, he has great sense of humour and some times he is even funny, like when he ups my weights which he finds quite amusing! I would not have made these improvements without him. I highly recommend him, if you go with Stu and give him your commitment you will meet your goals.

Stuart is so dedicated to his job and it shows with the ideas he is always coming up with to make training not only as effective as possible but keeping you engaged. On 2 occasions Stuart has helped me reach my goals not only with weight but toning as well. He trains you by motivating and encouraging not through boot camp tactics. Highly recommend him either for 121 training or his online programmes

I've been training with Stuart for over a year now; Stuart is an absolute professional not to mention a genuinely nice guy. He tailors his workout plans to meet my specific needs and allows me to go at my own pace. He is always happy to explain what I'm doing and why and demonstrate the right technique... no matter how many times I ask! He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard on behalf of his clients. If you're looking for a PT you won't do much better than Stuart.

Having worked with a number of PTs over the years, I can honestly say I haven’t ever been truly satisfied with the service I have received until working with Stuart. Physically, I have made the most progress, both in strength and physique, and this continues to be the case after over a year of training with him. You’re goals will be heard and any programme designed will be unique and individualized, rather than the cookie cutter approach I had grown accustomed to. If something doesn’t work, Stuart has many many alternatives up his sleeve to achieve the same result but suit your needs. I have had a persistent shoulder injury which for the first time in months, is no longer an issue when I train, Stuart designed exercises to not only work around it but also strengthen the area, which has paid off tenfold and I no longer need to consider my shoulder when training. Stuart has a way of not only pushing you to exceed your goals (in a gentle non beasty kind of way) but also increasing your belief in yourself and what you’re capable of. As well as the frequent changes in programmes, which means you don’t get bored and you continue to push yourself in new ways, Stuart also monitors diet and how that will affect you reaching your goal, this is done on a frequent basis and with no need for reminders and in a way that makes it SO easy to follow. As a woman, it’s often daunting to train with a male PT as I have found they often think we all have the same goals... with Stuart I feel listened to and everything put in place feels completely individualized and based on exactly what I want to achieve. I couldn’t recommend Stuart highly enough, if 5 stars is the max then I’d go with 10.
