Action Plan
This handy PDF can be downloaded and filled out on a weekly or monthly basis to provide you with focus points to work on at that time. It could be anything from increasing your step count to looking at protein intake. Personalise it to match your focus points. It can also be used as your overview road map to how you will achieve your goal. For example to achieve a 1 st weigh loss I will track my food intake, exercise 3 times a week for 60 mins and get 10,000 steps in per day.
