  • The programme includes 3 weeks of resistance training sessions designed to challenge the whole body, a nutrition tracking sheet to ensure your goals are supported by your food intake, a stretch and flexibility workout to compliment the training and also a 10,000 steps activity task on non training days.
  • This is a fully supported Online Coaching plan for you to take up on your own, and you will require access to a gym with resistance training equipment. I will be in daily contact with you throughout to offer advice and guidance ensuring you get the most out of the programme. The nutrition tracking sheet will be customised to your specific target data, and at the end of each week, an overview and action plan will be sent to you with advice on the next stage.

This handy PDF can be downloaded and filled out on a weekly or monthly basis to provide you with focus points to work on at that time. It could be anything from increasing your step count to looking at protein intake. Personalise it to match your focus points. It can also be used as your overview road map to how you will achieve your goal. For example to achieve a 1 st weigh loss I will track my food intake, exercise 3 times a week for 60 mins and get 10,000 steps in per day.
